Mountains & Mimosas Fundraiser

On Saturday Feb. 17 there will be a fundraising event for Skylands Ski Club taking place at Mountain Creek South. We will be painting a beautiful winter scene (see photo at left) on 16×20 canvas with acrylic paint. We will go step by step through the process, making it easy for painters and non-painters alike. This event will be taking place in the Parents Lounge, on the upper level of Mountain Creek South. A cash bar will be available. The cost of the event is $45.

 

If you cannot attend and would still like to help with set-up or food, please contact Dawn Frost. Skylands Ski Club depends mainly on membership fees to support its activities, including supporting coach travel and training, organizing race day volunteers, and social events for athletes and members. As not all race families have paid their membership fee, we are looking at creative ways to fundraise for Skylands, which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, so that we can avoid running a deficit.
